Join Polina in this ZOOM workshop on PART TWOof Aligning Your Chakras with specific Yoga Poses and Essential Oils to get you feeling incredible. We are constantly thrown off balance, especially with what's going on in the world right now. DIVE DEEP into the second part of the Chakra Workshop. Learn to identify which Chakras are in alignment on an even deeper level, which Chakras are out of alignment and how to shift quickly back into alignment with deeper understanding of the Chakras, and how to strengthen your Chakras bringing them into balance with awareness and clarity.

To participate in this workshop, no prior Yoga or Essential Oil experience is necessary. Modifications to Yoga postures will be offered during the workshop for any limitations or injuries. There will be a brief review of Chakra and Oils Part 1 in this workshop. It is recommended to watch the replay of Part 1 prior to joining Part 2 Workshop.
To participate in using the Essential Oils during the workshop please make sure to have the following oils ready:
Frankincense (substitute: Rosemary or Sandalwood), Lavender (substitute: Oregano, Clove, or Myrrh), Digestzen (substitute: Grapefruit or Geranium), Peppermint, Balance (substitute: Arborvitae), Aromatouch, Clary Calm (substitute: Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Clary Sage), Cardamom (substitute: Ylang Ylang), Eucalyptus, Immortelle, and Lemongrass (substitute: In Tune)
Substitute Oils can be used instead of the recommended Oils.
